1. The Pick ‘N save program applies to all products currently included in the General Equipment Company Price Catalog and Master Parts Index. Standard selling terms and conditions apply unless otherwise stated for products not included in the Pick ‘N Save program. Supplies may be limited on some products and may no longer be available once product inventories are depleted.
  2. The Pick ‘N Save program is available for independent rentals dealers and contractor supply houses only. Designated national and online reseller customer accounts doing business with General Equipment Company are excluded.   3. The Pick ‘N Save program is available to existing and first time customers of General Equipment Company.
  4. The Pick ‘N Save program applies to all qualifying orders during the designated program dates. If the program end date is extended this rule still applies to the overall extended program period.
  5. The Pick ‘N Save program is not available or can be applied to purchases made on the General Equipment Company website: www.generalequip.com.
  6. Program possession does not constitute the right to purchase.
  7. Program can be discontinued or modified at any time without prior notice or obligation.
  8. Program cannot be combined and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or program. The Federal 100% Bonus Depreciation is not a promotional offer or program.
  9. Prices are stated in US dollars and subject to change without prior notice or obligation.
  10. To participate, a minimum order of (1) base unit (those products with a serial number) is required. Replacement parts and accessories qualify when ordered with base unit orders only.
  11. Program participation is subject to credit approval. Not all customers will qualify. Open account status purchases are allowed to those who qualify.
  12. Freight cost will be added to the invoice. Option 1 freight charges can only be debited from the invoice amount (to become a FREIGHT CONTRIBUTION) if the NET amount total (total less freight contribution) is paid by the applicable final, 4th invoice NET 30 Day term date. Failure to pay according to the applicable final invoice term date will forfeit the FREIGHT CONTRIBUTION provision.
  13. Customers with multiple locations or groups placing orders are encouraged. All participating multiple location customers or group orders will only be shipped and invoiced to one consignee and destination.
  14. Discounts / Terms / Freight:

      • Standard Discounts: 1–2 base units 25%, 3+ base units 30%
      • Terms: Four (4) monthly payments, NET 30 Days from date of each invoice (first invoice sent when order is shipped)
      • 5% Freight Contribution on NET order value

      • Discounts: 1–2 base units 30%, 3+ base units 35%
      • Terms: NET 30 Days from date of invoice (invoice sent when order is shipped)

    • Orders may be paid via check, ACH, or credit card.
    • Interest or finance charges will NOT be applied to any order.
    • Invoices paid by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee based on the NET invoice amount including freight.
  15. All qualifying per-order shipments will be shipped to one customer location, FOB Owatonna, MN 55060.
